eFeed is a direct to farmer company disrupting 25 billion USD Indian animal feed industry. We go to the source of animal based products and work closely with the farmers to improve the quality of animal products and bring traceability in the animal nutrition so that next time you consume any animal based product you know what and where your nutrition came from. We help the farmers with nutrition advisory so that they can localise nutrition for their animal species and achieve better growth & quality of the animal hence giving them better harvest and income. We not only help the farmer optimise his/her input cost but also help them to increase their overall productivity.We are certified and recognised by Government of India as a start up by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade. 1. Create compelling, actionable stories that will captive farmers and grow category sales for the mutual benefit of the company and customer.2. Deliver value add sales volume within given sales territory.3. Establish direct contact with owners (Farmers) to increase sales revenue.4. Build repeat customers with promotional activities and by creating brand awareness. 5. Coordinate information training activities, sales planning to improve sales revenues. 6. Travel and train large groups in eFeed products and sales penetrations. 7. Designing a sales penetration strategy for eFeed.8. Competition Analysis w.r.t. Animal Husbandry (Aqua, Poultry and Cattle feed Industry).9. Consumer behaviour analysis towards the Animal (Aqua, Poultry and Cattle feed Industry).10. Build and train the sales team for expansion of area sales.11. Present daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports to Management.12. Coordinate sales efforts with operations team, sales team.13. Ensure on time sales collections.14. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as defined.

Experience with developing MERN/MEAN stack applications. Can design, develop, test, iterate and implement clean & scalable code. Mentors Junior EngineersTechnical Skills Must have strong knowledge of object-oriented JavaScript. Should have experience in building distributed applications and hands on Node Express JS Should have experience in building applications in Resusable UI/UX Components in ReactJS/Angular Should have experience with MongoDB. Should have experience in API design and development. Should have good knowledge of CSS and HTML5. Should have experience working with GIT. Should have experience with RESTful APIs. Have good knowledge of coding standards, design patterns, and unit testing.Competencies Comfortable with Build fast and iterate. Good understanding and implementation of business needs taking responsibility for end to end execution of the developed features. Has worked with applications at large scale.
