As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for managing and controlling pests in residential and commercial settings. This ensures that tools are always ready for effective use.- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of services provided, including pest sightings, treatment methods used, and follow-up schedules. Accurate records help in monitoring effectiveness and planning future actions.- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their pest problems and provide advice on prevention measures. Good communication builds trust and enhances customer satisfaction.- **Follow-Up**: Schedule and conduct follow-up visits to ensure pests are eliminated and provide ongoing support.
