We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader cum Counselor to join our AEC Institute of advanced studies. As a Team Leader cum Counselor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our counseling department and providing guidance and support to our counseling team. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of counseling techniques and strategies.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of counselors, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of counseling servicesDevelop and implement counseling programs and initiatives to support student success and well-beingProvide individual and group counseling sessions to students, addressing academic, personal, and career-related concernsConduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' counseling needs and develop appropriate intervention plansCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of studentsStay updated on the latest counseling techniques and research, incorporating best practices into counseling servicesMaintain accurate records and documentation of counseling sessions and interventionsRequirementsProven experience as a counselor or in a counseling leadership roleStrong understanding of counseling theories, techniques, and ethical guidelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficiency in relevant counseling software and tools
