Follow Up for Material availability and coordinate with Purchase Department2. Handling of IMS Systema. Follow Up with Site team for Site Material Stockb. Updating Site wise Material Stock in Site wise IMS Sheet 3. Help Desk Follow Upa. Follow Up on Help Desk Ticket from Help Desk Raiser and and Help Desk Solver.b. If any Support need to Help Desk Solver then coordinate with whom need support and close the ticket.4. Handling of FMS - Indent / PO / MAT.a. Follow Up with Purchase Department for Open Indent and update in systemb. Follow Up with Purchase Department for Pending PO's and follow up for upload the PO's in systemc. Follow Up with Purchase Department forMAT FMS Sheet update 5.Coordinate with Team for Support and Helpa. Coordinate with Office Team if need any supportb. Coordinate with Site Supervisor / Site Electrician for Material Availability, for any query related to PMS or systemc. Coordinate with Purchase for any approval need from MD or any support related IMSd. Coordinate with DME for new system, Old System flow or any Help Desk Solving related help.e. Coordinate with Client or Client coordinator if any work stuck or need any help

Estimation & billing engineer prepares the estimates by understanding the needs, problems & desires of clients in a way that maximum sales is achieved by filling the tenders, BOQ of electrical & associated works received from client or designed by himself as per the drawings received or as per site survey by analysing cost factors by reading the line item & billing for the same in such a way that the cash flow is not disturbed1. Preparing estimates for projects.2. Preparing sales orders / BOM / PMS for projects3. Preparing pro forma & GST invoices for projects4. Attending meetings with clients / architects / consultants1. Preparing estimates for projectsa. Making enquiry entry in the system for its reference numberb. Studying the BOQ received for technical specifications, approved makes, payment terms, timeline of the project & other terms & conditionsc. Preparing quantity take off from drawingsd. Preparing quantity schedule for electrical & associated works.e. Designing the BOQ as per quantity take off from drawings & quantity schedule prepared also as per site surveyf. Selection of proper rating of transformer, cable, MCB, MCCB, RCCB by calculation of electrical parametersg. Costing of the electrical & associated items for estimate purpose according to the type of client / projecth. Taking labour contractors rates & preparing comparative statement for the same i. Discussing estimate prepared as per all above factors with sir & sending to clientj. Preparing cost analysis sheet for client for acquiring new PO / WOk. Updating the estimate index l. Identifying for increase in quantity of items of approved estimate as per BOM & taking approval of the same of client through revised estimate or e mailm. Revising estimate as per site data for any extra work done.n. Defining technical as well as commercial terms & conditions as per type of project & cliento. Updating rate sheet as per current market ratesp. Coordination with purchase InCharge
