What you'll doIn this highly visible and hands-on role, the Project manager will oversee the core technical team in delivering Application Development, integration and configuration.The key responsibilities and deliverables of this role are:Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectTo drive a culture of customer first within the IDP technology team ensuring all staff consider the customer as the centre of all their activitiesDelegate project tasks based on junior staff member individual strengths ,skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-long-term goalsManaging multiple cross-function delivery teams, with focus on technical excellence and high-performance culture.Ensure teams are appropriately skilled ,trained and developed to enable them to deliver high quality service.Manage and develop strategic partnerships with third party suppliers and other internal stakeholders.

Responsible for whole tender Bid ManagementAnalysis on submitted tenders by collecting competitor information.Technical and commercial analysis of previous tenders and giving information to management for strategy to work out for future tenders.Maintain a repository of bids documents, proposals, concept notes, presentations, company credential documents for future referenceCommunicating with the client after receiving the order.Project coordination with the internal team members.Maintaining the overall tender databased and reporting to the management

Implementing quality standards, policies and procedures for all entities within ESEC in a manner that satisfies the set quality objectives, as well as performing periodic audits to make sure that all entities are complying and conforming to the set standardsParticipating in setting , reviewing and upgrading the quality standards, policies and procedures for all entities within ESEC for keeping them up to date and ensuring highest quality standards is achieved.Performing periodic quality audits for assuring that entities within ESEC are abiding by the set standards, policies and procedures.Maintaining records on all audits performed and retaining records of all written and documented quality standards, policies and procedures.Preparing periodic reports with respect to the sections activities and achievements to be submitted to the section headperforming other duties related to the job as assigned by the section head.Coordinating with all entities and staff within ESEC to ensure that policies and procedures are being implemented and followed.
