Job Description:

To code on Medical reports assigning appropriate CPT & ICD codes based on the documentation and
per the client specification.

Work on medical reports assigning appropriate CPT, ICD and modifiers based on the documentation provided.

Follow project specific guide lines without any deviation.

Check the LCD policy for all Medicare patients.

Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs.

Compliance with client/project guidelines, business rules and training provided, company's quality system and policies..

Punctuality is expected all the time.

Job Description:

Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) and take the follow up on pre authorization of treatment.

Good knowledge in Healthcare concept.

Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project

Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
