Detailed Job Description :Substantial experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success as UATExperience in test case design by referring to the JIRA requirements, Experience on UAT TestCase Executions, Managing Stakeholders, Obtain Approvals,Ensure requirements traceability through JIRA as per standardsExperience working on testing tools like JIRAUAT Strategy, Planning and delivery, UAT Entry and Exit and ClosuresMandatory skills :Working experience on COLT Project covering test design, Test Case Executions and COLT application and its downstream systemHand-on experience working on JIRAHands-on individual contributor with an eye for detail and a proactive, self managed working styleAbility to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight to drive the best outcome possibleExcellent written, communication and presentation skills; able to effectively engage, influence and manage senior business stakeholdersKnowledge / Skills / Experience Required :4 - 8 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry.2 - 4 years' experience as UAT Analyst in CIB Client Onboarding/CDD space.Knowledge of the CDD systems, policies and processes. Exposure to nuances and variances CDD requirements across various countries.Experience of working in an Agile environment, awareness of Agile processesPrior experience of working on HP ALM/QC, JIRA, Confluence desirableA focused individual who is an excellent communicator with good team skills, who has the ability to influence others by showing initiative and creativity.Problem Solving Skills - ability to think 'Out of the Box' and independently work around issues that arise from time to time.Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.Proactive approach, with the ability to multi-task.
