Role of Computer Hardware & Networking (1+ Year Experience)As a hardware and networking technician with over 1 year of experience, the role includes:Installing & configuring computers, printers, and networking devices.Troubleshooting hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD, etc.).Maintaining LAN/Wi-Fi networks including routers, switches, and cables.Handling system formatting, OS installation, and driver updates.Monitoring network performance and resolving connectivity issues.Providing technical support to users and maintaining IT assets.Implementing basic security measures like antivirus and firewalls.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients. 1. Make new clients by helping them with their needs and wants related to computer/ laptop purchases.2. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.3. Handle service & repair calls with utmost smartness.4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.6. Keeping a record of all the clients and dealers separately and regular FOLLOW UP through mail & phone.7. Identify Customers Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible.8. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.9. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
