Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies. Negotiate and finalize employment offers, ensuring alignment with both client and candidate expectations. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, promoting a positive candidate experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Proven experience in HRStrong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment law.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
