We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes of commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, an eye for detail, and a proven track record of enhancing productivity while maintaining quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.Develop and implement production schedules in alignment with project deadlines and company goals.Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Manage and lead a team of production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement solutions to improve efficiency.Collaborate with the procurement, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output, downtime, and resource utilisation.Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimise downtime.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce costs.
