Position Overview:The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for the agency. They are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and strategically expanding the agency's client base. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
The person will be responsible to make calls and should be good in communication skills, comfortable in Odia, English and Hindi. Good working skills of excel and basic data entry software is also required. Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients Provide information about our services and answer their queries Schedule appointments for further discussions with potential clients Maintain a database of potential candidates and clients Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and conversion rates Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
