The candidate should have good communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence customers.Job Responsibilities:01) Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain about the unsecured loan assistance, understand customers requirements and offer the best possible solutions02) Identify customer needs and provide them with information about loan products and services03) Explain the loan application process and assist customers in completing the application form04) Follow up with customers to ensure complete documentation and timely processing of their loan application05) Secure customer's appointments for company's loan advisors to follow up for further process06) Maintain a record of calls and sales and note useful information07) Maintain a database of potential customersKey Skills01) Any candidate with education of 12th standard / Undergraduate / Graduate can apply02) Freshers are eligible for the job.
