We specialize in organizing corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, and more, ensuring creativity and precision in every detail.Job Role & ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support daily operations and assist in a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to:Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating employee information in the database.HR Policy Implementation: Assisting with the creation and communication of HR policies and procedures.Employee Engagement: Supporting engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.Training & Development: Helping organize training programs and workshops for employees.Payroll Support: Assisting in maintaining attendance records and supporting the payroll process.Administrative Tasks: Performing other HR-related tasks as needed, such as preparing reports, drafting emails, etc.RequirementsEducational Qualification:Graduation in any field (Final year students can also apply).Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Work Environment:Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.Ability to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.WhatsApp me : 6301687524
