We are looking for an Accountant & HR to manage all financial transactions and human resource hiring.Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring were compliant with all tax regulations.Accountant ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting transactionsPrepare budget forecastsPublish financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReport on the companys financial health and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulationsDo PF / ESI compliances.File GST returns.Requirements and skillsWork experience as an AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally.Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsDegree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeHR Responsibilitiesrecruiting new staffmaking sure that staff get paid correctly and on timemanaging pensions and benefits administrationapproving job descriptions and advertisementslooking after the health, safety and welfare of all employeesorganising staff trainingmonitoring staff performance and attendanceadvising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedure
