Job briefWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.Responsibilities Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements and skills Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent knowledge of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints High school diploma; BA will be a plus

We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.Telecaller Responsibilities:1. Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.2. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.3. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.4. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.5. Noting important details of each conversation.6. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.7. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.8. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.9. Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.

Creating Logos, Style and Brand Guides for clients.Creating digital marketing assets like ad-banners, info graphics, and interactive presentations.Executing designs across multiple media platforms including online visual design, Advertising, Marketing events.Develop design across Graphic Design projects including designs for social media posts, articles, video,Graphics, email etc.Promotion, Branding and Marketing collateral designs in Marathi and English Language to deliver good quality 2 Graphic designs using Adobe Illustrator.Should be creative in designing concepts with good sense of color presentations skills.Create sample layouts based on specifications provided.Generally, as a Designer, you are expected to bring a lot of creativity, curiosity& speed.Work closely with a cross-section of creative people designers, copywriters, developers and subjectmatter experts, to contribute towards an ever-growing set of deliverable in web-design, mobile-apps design and all company collateral that involve physical interaction as well as digital visualization.
