We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and maintaining customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Make outgoing calls to potential customers.Explain products or services and generate interest.Answer questions about the company or product details.Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.Follow up with leads and schedule appointments or demos.Meet daily and monthly calling targets.Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally.Requirements:Good communication skills in English and local language.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required.
