We are looking for IT Service Management Tool Implementation engineers with the following skills. Work from home. Salary negotiable depending upon skill sets.1. Good idea of Service Manager processes like Change Management, Incident Management, Service request, Problem Management etc.2. Good knowledge of ITIL processes and policies.3. Experience in Ivanti Service Manager will be a plus point.4. Good written/spoken communication skills in English5. Basic knowledge of development is required like if-else logic, regular expressions for conditions etc.6. Strong troubleshooting and logical skills.7. Basic knowledge of System admin profiles like installation, deployment, etc is required.8. Good Documentation Skills including presentation, Minutes of Meeting, detail reports etc.9. A good team player, working with the team and coordinating with the Project manager.10. Ready to travel if required - Domestic/International11. Ready to work in different time zones and different weekly offs if required12. Ensure customer communication is timely, maintained, and appropriate.13.
