Assist the sales team in preparing and managing sales documents, quotations, contracts, and invoices. Maintain and update customer databases accurately. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery of sales activities. Support in preparing sales performance reports, dashboards. Handle client queries and redirect them to the appropriate sales representative. Track and follow up on sales leads, proposals, and purchase orders. Organize and maintain sales records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Provide administrative support during sales meetings, events, and client calls.

Maintaining versions.- Checking and inspection of products using measuring instrumentsSkills Required: Knowledge of MS Office, Internet, PDFs Using Measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Thickness Gauge Should be able to read and understand engineering drawings Should be able to create drawing from article that has been provided Working knowledge of Autocad / Solidworks.
