We have vacant of 3 Service Engineer Jobs in Pune, for Freshers Educational Qualification: Diploma Skill Technician Activities, Machine Maintenance, Travel Arrangements etc.JOB Description:To visit the customers for installation , servicing , AMC of products as per plan. To coordinate with customers for prior appointments before performing actual visit. To ensue whether the delivered material is reached at customer end and site preparation is done and ready at customer end as per requirements of site conditions, before visiting the customer. To ensure the availability of concern personnel at customer end before visit. To ensure whether the required tool kit , necessary documents , necessary spares are prepared and ready before leaving for the visits. To coordinate with other work areas in the organisation for planned visits to customers. To ensure whether the site is prepared at customer end as per requirements before starting installation of product. To ensure whether the material packagings are reached at customer end safely without any damages and customer has not opened the packagings before your visit to them. To perform the installation of the product or servicing or AMC at customer end and to provide necessary trainings , informations to customers. To prepare customer visit report at customer end with all the details of work performed in the defined format and to get it signed by all the concern authorities at customer end.To submit the visit reports to service executive at H.O. and to share the same with other concern areas.To discuss the issues raised by the customer during visit with the concern areas and authorities.To make follow up with customers for recovery payments of servicing , AMC. etc.To examine the product in all respect at manufacturing end and to ensure the performance of the product before delivery of product to customer. Responsible for oiling,packaging

To follow the sales plan and objectives shot term and long term goals.To visit the customers for product and sales promotion and to generate enquiries. To present the products and organization at customer end. To discuss with customers to understand the customer requirements. To send news letters to customers for generation of enquiries. To arrange to send quotations to customers against generated enquiries. To make follow up with customers for orders , advance payments , delivery and outstanding payments. To attend customers for any issue raised by the customer as and when required. To provide the required technical / commercial details , informations to customers for any specific requirement from customer. To gather / collect the customer related information during the customer visits. To coordinate with manufacturing / back office team for delivery status , or for any other specific requirements from customer. To coordinate with back office team for order cancellation , order diversification ,, if any or for dispatch clearance etc. . To coordinate with other concern areas for customer related issues if any.To fill , update and send daily activity reports and dash bords to H.O. as per frequency defined.To prepare and update customer data base.To follow the defined and implemented system and to maintain records.
