We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administration Executive to join our team in New Panvel. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales administration and be able to work from our office. This role is best suited for female candidates.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Order Processing:** Manage customer orders by entering data accurately into the system and ensuring all orders are tracked and fulfilled on time.- **Customer Interaction:** Communicate with clients through phone and email to address inquiries, provide information about products, and resolve any issues.- **Sales Reporting:** Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to support the sales team in making informed decisions.- **Database Management:** Maintain and update customer databases to ensure that all information is current and accessible for the sales team.- **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and compiling sales materials.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
