+3 YEARS EXP. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization.

He will be assisting the Team Leader and Resident Engineer and in conjunction with the Project Manager will plan the Schedule of work, and assign project personnel and equipment needed to perform work constructed by the employer's Personnel. He will supervise work in the field and interpret plans and specifications on the job site to ensure that the standards are met. He will schedule the work with the construction teams and will supervise and perform testing and inspection procedures. He will direct the work of the survey crew and may participate as a surveyor when needed at the construction site. He will provide advice and estimates for small changes/variations of the scope of work in the project. He will verify the contract quantities and payments. He will also make inspections of highway bridges for structural conditions in accordance with the MoRTH guidelines.

Conduct surveys using various surveying instruments, such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and levels, Collect, analyse, and survey data, structures, and other relevant informationPrepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools, Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant regulations, Provide technical expertise and guidance on survey-related matters to project teams, Stay updated with advancements in surveying technology and industry best practices
