Able to collect the leads by using social media postings, data mining, and data research and convert the leads via calling and able to convince about the product and collect the necessary information to make the seller registration. Timely coordinate with the field teams and support them in the products/catalogue listing. Provide the project trainings to the vendor teams, associate teams and channel partner teams and timely coordinate with them and maintain the vendor and client relations in a professional way Excellent communication, convenience skills, should have patience, confidence, and good leadership qualities ability to lead the teams and Strong Verbal and oral communication skills Able to speak in Hindi and English. Knowledge of MS office skills particularly in MS Excel is added advantage. All the collected information everything should be documented. Handling the daily QC and audit of the particular territory/cluster and keep on organizing the continuous training sessions if required.Ready to do the field job, should have bike and laptop
