We are looking for a skilled Lathe Operator to join our team in Mujesar, Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and will be responsible for operating lathes to produce precision parts.As a Lathe Operator, your key responsibilities will include setting up and adjusting lathe machines to ensure they operate efficiently. You will interpret technical drawings and specifications to create parts that meet our quality standards. You must also monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain proper tolerances and finish.You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance on the lathe machines to ensure they remain in good working order. Additionally, you will perform quality checks on finished products, identifying any defects and adjusting processes to address issues as they arise.To succeed in this position, you should have a good understanding of machining principles and be able to read and interpret technical documents. It is essential that you have experience working with various materials, including metals and plastics. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help you achieve high-quality results. You should have the physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Finally, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are crucial for collaborating with colleagues effectively.
