Job Summary:We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads to drive online visibility, traffic, and lead generation for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website, managing paid search campaigns, and analyzing performance to achieve marketing goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and conversions.Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, link building, and content optimization.Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and Google Ads.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management.Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking.Ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.

1 to 1.5 years of experienceIMMEDIATE JOINERSWORK FROM OFFICERoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and update job descriptionsSource potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Indeed, Shine, Naukri...etc...)Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning testsAdvertise job openings on the companys careers page, social media, job boards, and internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersSend job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefitsMonitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hireParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment eventsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboardRequirements and skillsProven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar roleFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesExperience with sourcing techniquesUnderstanding of referral programsSolid verbal and written communication skillsSound judgment.
