City & State Universities of New York NYC School Construction Authority and many more.We are the dedicated engineering support partner for NewYork Based Contracting Company, handling $500M+ contracts in cutting-edge, high-profile developments.Youll join our growing Engineering Support Team in Hyderabad, India where your expertise will make a real difference.What Youll DoWork closely with our US-based project management team to deliver all engineering functions:- Review of contract drawings & specifications- Prepare & review Bill of Materials- Create and review engineering submittals & shop drawings- Resolve engineering issues & respond to RFIs- Participate in BIM modelling & final project close-out documentation- Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers as required- Ensure work meets the highest international standards and client expectationsWhat Were Looking For- Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputable institution- Minimum 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience in design, engineering, and project execution- Proven track record with complex and large-scale commercial projects- Mastery of HVAC systems and components (AHUs, FCUs, VRFs, chilled water, etc.)- Expertise in preparing and reviewing:- Shop drawings- Engineering submittals- RFIs and technical documentation- Prior experience as a Project Engineer or in a leadership role on large projects- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant design toolsKey Skills- Strong technical acumen in HVAC systems design & execution- Excellent verbal and written communication- Leadership and mentoring ability- Initiative, persistence, and meticulous attention to detail- Time and workload management- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with engineering softwareAbout AASNAA EngineersWe are an international MEP solutions provider, supporting projects across India, the Middle East, North America, and Africa since 2016. Requirements for GC Estimator or (Quantity Surveyor ) are as follows.An Estimator works for Contracting Co. He/she :Checks Bid Plans and Specs ( Tender Documents )Takes off all Quantities or Items of Work for the Project including specific Items affecting prices.Uses the Rates available or gets prices from Subcontractors.Prepares Competitive Bid as a Contractor which will have Bill of Quantities/ Rates /Any other Special Features related to Specific Contract with Exclusions if any.
