ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in a Design Agency or a Design team in a corporate environment. Knowledge of Concepts of Data Visualization and types of charts, graphs and information graphics for representing key insights Experience of Adobe creative suite/Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD etc. Demonstrates expertise in at least 1 Adobe tool RESPONSIBILITIES: Work on all the UI design requirements. Deliver on design requirements as per the quality standards defined by the team Design value addition in terms of graphical inputs such as custom info graphics created based on evaluating the content Design value - addition in terms of providing alternate representation of data Reimagine basic graphics/ pie charts/ bar graphs to more visually appealing creative representations. High level proficiency in creating mock-ups , interactions and fully workable prototypes Creating low, medium, and high reliable UI prototypes and wireframes Writing UI specifications, user flows , personas , preparing style guide Discuss design ideas and design rationale, both orally and in writing Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements. UI design skills and decent knowledge about UX design principles. Attention to detail and understanding of design sensibilities and aesthetics. Good experience with mobile app development (iOS & Android SDKs) Including technical design, mobile application architectures, design patterns, UI/UX and app store submission requirements. Solid development experience of Xamarin & React native . Proficiency in writing C#, .Net code, JSON, XAML/XML, Web Services and database Design, develop, test and maintain mobile applications using Xamarin / C# for both iOS and Android. Experience with Xamarin Studio and/or Visual Studio. Exposure to Mobile Enterprise Security and working with Vulnerability Testing Teams a plus. Ability to quickly learn and understand internal systems, procedures and methodologies. Good communication skills
