The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Ayurvedic principles and therapeutic techniques, with a genuine commitment to promoting holistic health and wellness. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our launch team and grow with us.Key Responsibilities- Perform authentic Ayurvedic therapies including Shirodhara, Abhyanga, Potli massage, and other traditional treatments- Provide specialized treatments for stress relief, pain management, sports recovery, and rejuvenation- Maintain treatment rooms in pristine, hygienic condition following all safety protocols- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client experienceRequired Qualifications- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Ayurvedic therapies- Proven expertise in multiple Ayurvedic massage techniques- Strong client management and relationship-building skills- Ability to mentor and guide junior therapistsWhat We Offer- Competitive Salary Package based on experience and qualifications- Attractive Incentives on performance and client satisfaction- Performance Bonuses to reward excellence- Overtime Pay for additional hours worked
