We are seeking a dedicated Farm Worker to assist with daily agricultural tasks on our farm located in Ajmer, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and a minimum education level of 10th grade. This is a part-time position where you will work from the office on-site.Key Responsibilities:- Crop Maintenance: You will help with planting, watering, and harvesting crops to ensure they grow healthy and strong.- Equipment Operation: You will learn to operate basic farm machinery and tools, following safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.- Field Preparation: You will assist in preparing fields for planting, which includes clearing debris and tilling the soil to ensure optimal conditions for crops.- Pest Control: You will work to identify and control pests and diseases that can harm plants, learning to apply safe and effective measures as directed.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a basic understanding of farming practices and a willingness to learn more about agriculture. Good physical fitness is important, as the role requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day. Reliability and punctuality are essential, along with a teamwork spirit.
