The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:HR Support:Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in posting job advertisements and managing candidate applications.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.Employee Records Management:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Ensure all HR files and records are accurate and confidential.Employee Relations:Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.Compliance and Policy Administration:Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Sales Support:Order Processing:Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring accurate entry into the sales system.Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.Customer Support:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.Provide information on products and services and resolve customer issues.Sales Documentation:Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and presentations.Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.Sales Coordination:Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and communication.Assist in organizing sales meetings, trade shows, and
