Job descriptionJob briefWe are looking for a skilled Pasta Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. Youll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.ResponsibilitiesSet up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycleControl and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machinesInspect parts with precision and measuring toolsTest operation of machines periodicallyFix issues that might occur during the shiftCheck output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flawsKeep records of approved and defective units or final productsMaintain activity logsRequirements and skillsProven experience as a machine operatorWorking knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)Understanding of production proceduresAdherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manualsAnalytical skillsAttention to detailTeamwork and communication skillsPhysical stamina and strengthQualifications: Diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum 1-2 years,Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per monthSchedule: Day & Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types: Yearly bonus
