Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Administer employee benefits programs, answer employee questions, and assist with benefits enrollment.Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Support HR initiatives related to training and development, performance management, and employee engagement.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations.Participate in HR projects and process improvements as needed.
