PROFILE- ONBOARDING OFFICERSLocation: -Noida Terms: -Full Time Shift Time: -9.30 am to 6.30 pm Week off Sunday off 1st and 2nd Saturday off Gender: - Male or Female Both Salary: - Up to 25,000 Gross (PM) incentives Training Period: - 10 days (Candidates will be on boarded post-certification) We are looking for enthusiastic Onboarding Officers who can counsel potential investors over the phone and will be able to generate sales for the organization by selling the different types of advisory services. The candidate shall take up the below-mentioned roles and responsibilities Dialing 100-150 calls giving 3-5 hours of talk time. Selling an equity-based product on call from scratch to end. The candidate will be responsible for counseling interested customers and suggesting the best Investment plans as per his/her financial requirements. The candidate will be responsible to convert the interested customers into clients by doing proactively follow-ups and counseling CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS- Communication: - An effective counselor must be a good communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach Language: English and Hindi are compulsory. Preferred - Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam, or Bengali Experience: - Freshers with good communication skills are welcomed Minimum 1 year of BPO Sales (outbound calling-target based) experience Qualification: - Minimum Graduate Department: - Sales Age: - Above 18 Candidates should possess strong selling skills. Good sales ability and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Basic mathematical calculation ability.
