Supervise daily operations of caregiving, nursing, and patient support services to ensure high-quality service delivery.Ensure timely deployment and scheduling of caregivers, nurses, and support staff to client locations without delays.Handle inbound and outbound client calls, accurately understand client requirements, and ensure no request or service detail is missed.Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operations, service quality, and ongoing care coordination.Track, document, and manage client requirements, care instructions, and changes with complete accuracy.Handle client escalations and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.Collect client feedback and proactively improve service processes and care standards.Maintain and audit records related to staff background verification, certifications, training, and compliance.Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.Support management in scaling healthcare-at-home operations, improving efficiency and service reach.Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and service activation.

As a Care Taker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily tasks and providing basic care in their homes. Your key responsibilities include helping with personal hygiene, preparing meals, administering medication, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the individual. Good communication skills and a compassionate attitude are essential for this role. Prior experience in caregiving is not required, but a 10th pass education is necessary.
