We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Counselor/Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:- 6 months to 2 years of experience in inbound or outbound calling- Ability to convert calls into meetings, which will be executed by the Branch Manager- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel- Good looking personality and team working attitudeResponsibilities:- Handle calls from IVR, Facebook data, and convert them into meetings for our business model- Follow training provided by the business department to achieve targets- Meet and exceed monthly targets- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to execute meetings and achieve business objectives
