We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are willing to learn and work in startup cultures and can handle extreme pressure.Knowledge in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and audit reports.Preparation & filing of various RoC E-forms as per The Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, and RBI regulations.Coordination with clients to complete company compliances.Preparation, registration, and filing of all eventual compliances like GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, etc.Assisting Chartered Accountants to complete audits on time.Should have good communication skills and confidence in handling the client's doubts and queries.Candidates with a Commerce background are preferred.
