- To Answer a high volume of calls and , transfer to the appropriate person and maintain a rapid response rate according to the standards- Maintain the records on calls received where required- Maintain general detailed and accurate data- Maintain the files and perform other routine tasks assigned- Maintain the incoming and outgoing couriers and other miscellaneous items purchased on behalf of organization- Maintain effective working relationship with Coworkers, supervisors and general public- Help in arranging meetings, conferences and any other projects- Coordinate with travel agents and to book the tickets- Maintain registers- Maintain Laptop Details- Fulfill queries of Customers

Responsible for e-Marketing, B2B portal, Bulk emailing, Website Update.- Responsible for Advertisements activities.- Responsible to help in Tender related matter.- Responsible to update catalogues. Responsible for IT related problems.- Responsible for registering company in respective Government Organizations.- Responsible to check SAP entries which is done by sales coordinators.- Responsible to chat with customer on Alibaba Trade Manager, Website Customer Support &- G-talk.
