Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and bookingappointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up3. should have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills4. should also have a strong understanding of automotive technology and of theautomotive industry.5. Proficiency with industry-specific software.6. Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections,potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.7. Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule8. Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts areavailable when needed.9. Displays extensive knowledge about products and services10. Ensures customer vehicle is finished on time and details for customer servicesrendered and costs for those services, ensuring satisfaction at every step ofinteraction Skills Required :11. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team12. Being able to work in a team.13. Excellent communication and writing skills.14.
