Job Description:-Counseling Professionals & Learners and informing them about various career options available through 4E Learnings.Counseling Learners and informing them about various Programs & courses available through 4E Learnings.Shall be responsible for visiting and giving career seminars.Comfortable in Counseling Professionals & Students or parents at their choice of time availability beyond normal working hours.Should be able to convert enrolled participants in Seminar & Webinar for admission in various programs. Ensuring all query handling of professionals, students, partners by effective counseling & convincing.Facilitate data management, team management, and managing/ preparing daily, and monthly reports.Develop innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.Desired Candidate Profile:-1. Experience in counseling or consultative sales profiles2. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. enthusiastic and positive attitude.3. Should be able to work on MS Office or Google Workspace / Technology used in Company for lead management/CRM.4. Any Graduate with 0-6 Months of relevant Experience5.
