Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller to handle student enquiries for Mechanical CAD/CAM training courses such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX, etc. The role involves calling students, explaining course details, and converting leads into enrollments.Key Responsibilities:Call prospective students from provided leadsExplain CAD/CAM mechanical courses, duration, fees, and benefitsUnderstand student requirements and suggest suitable coursesFollow up with interested students regularlyMaintain call records and student dataCoordinate with the training and counseling teamAchieve monthly admission targetsSkills Required:Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)Confident and persuasive speaking abilityBasic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)Ability to handle student queries patientlyInterest in education / training industryPreferred Candidate:Experience in education, training institute, or course sales is a plusMechanical background knowledge is an advantage (not mandatory)Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
