3W Group India is looking for a creative and skilled 3D Designer / Graphic Designer who can design exhibition booths, stall concepts, branding graphics, and promotional materials. The candidate will work closely with the event and fabrication team to create attractive and professional designs for exhibitions and events.Key Responsibilities: Create 3D stall / booth designs for exhibitions and trade showsDevelop graphic designs for panels, banners, backdrops, and branding materialsPrepare print-ready artwork for exhibition graphicsCoordinate with the fabrication team and project managerModify designs according to client requirementsDeliver designs within project deadlinesRequired Skills:Knowledge of 3D Max / SketchUp / Blender or similar softwareKnowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, PhotoshopExperience in exhibition stall or event design (preferred)Creative thinking and visualization skillsAbility to work under deadlines

Editing & Post-ProductionEdit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Trim, rearrange, and refine clips to ensure smooth storytelling and pacing.Audio & Visual EnhancementSync and balance sound, add background music, voiceovers, and sound effects.Adjust lighting, color, and tone for consistency and visual appeal (color correction and grading).Motion Graphics & EffectsCreate and integrate motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects using tools like After Effects.Add intros, outros, transitions, and lower-thirds to enhance viewer engagement.CollaborationWork closely with directors, content creators, marketing teams, and clients to understand project goals and creative direction.Incorporate feedback promptly and efficiently.Content OptimizationFormat videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with appropriate aspect ratios and resolutions.Ensure content meets brand guidelines and visual standards.
