Experience and knowledge of CAD softwares (CATIA V5, Siemens NX, Solidworks). Experience and knowledge of Reverse engineering softwares such as (Geomagic Design X, Geomagic Wrap, Geomagic Essentials or others). Operate geometric data acquisition devices, laser scanners, probes, etc. to reverse engineer, perform Q.C. Verify patterns, molds and parts to design tolerances. Strong skills to do mesh processing (Scan data, cleaning process, alignment and inspection). Generating Class A and Class B surfaces from the mesh data with high accuracy and fully engineering features. 3D Inspection and 3D analysis. Experience using finite element software, computer simulation, numerical methods and FEA Theory. Experience with Hypermesh. Experience with LS-DYNA, Abaqus, ANSYS, or NASTRAN. Knowledge and experience with 3 Axis and 5 Axis CNC programming.

Experience and knowledge of 3D printing (FDM, SLA, MJF, DLP ect.). Appreciation for building and working with materials hands on (required). Detail oriented and interested in learning more about new manufacturing technologies. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Preparing the files for printing using programs. Setting up the printer and monitoring it during the printing run. Post-processing of the parts using manual, semi-automated and automated methods. Super finishing: Sanding, polishing, blasting ect... Inspecting the parts using hand-held tools and scanning systems. Packaging and transporting the parts to designated locations.
