JD- Business Development Executive (Architecture/ Interior Design Firm)Job Description:1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities2. Keep prospective client database updated3. Make cold calls for new business leads4. Support in writing new business proposals5. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company6. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients7. Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.Competencies and Skills Required1. Must possess strong customer service skills2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar field. Bachelors or Masters in Architecture / Interior Design / Business Administration and experience in Sales and Business Development within the high-end interiors industry.3. Excellent written and verbal communication4. Must have good negotiation skills5. Must be able to create good presentations6. Ability to work under pressure7. Willing to Travel.
