🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead zonal operations and technician teams.

Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations.

Coordinate with departments to maintain service quality.

Travel across Bangalore for on-ground oversight.

Track KPIs and support growth initiatives.

✅ Requirements:

Experience in zonal/field operations.

Strong team management and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel extensively.

Proficient in MS Office; CRM is a plus.

Graduate (MBA preferred).
