position overview:

we are looking for a skilled welder with expertise in tig, mig, and arc welding to join our creative production team. the ideal candidate will have experience working with metals in custom design projects, particularly in the context of lighting and decorative elements. you will play a key role in fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components for our handcrafted lighting pieces, ensuring both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

key responsibilities:

metal fabrication: use tig, mig, and arc welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal components for lighting fixtures, including lamp frames, stands, and decorative elements.

collaboration: work closely with the design and carpentry teams to bring conceptual lighting designs to life, ensuring that metal components are integrated seamlessly into each fixture.

blueprint interpretation: read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans to accurately measure, cut, and weld metal components.

custom projects: fabricate custom metal parts for unique lighting designs, ensuring that each piece meets the required specifications for both function and design.

quality control: ensure the quality of welded joints, including the durability, appearanc
