Welder (1-2 Years)

Jay Jalaram Precision Component LLP is looking for a welder Perform MIG/TIG/Arc welding as per job requirements and drawings.

Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and welding symbols.

Carry out welding, fabrication, and assembly work as per required specifications.

Ensure proper weld quality, strength, and finishing.

Inspect welded components for defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut, and improper joints.

Operate and maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment safely.

Follow quality standards, production targets, and safety procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the workplace.

Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve welding-related issues.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MIG/TIG/Arc welding.

Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.

Knowledge of welding machines, tools, and consumables.

Good hand skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain quality and productivity.

Experience in precision/component manufacturing or fabrication will be preferred.
