Hiring For Welder

We are looking for a dedicated Welder to join our team in Tiruchirappalli. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and be able to produce high-quality welds in various materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welding and Fabrication: The welder will perform welding tasks by joining metal parts using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding to ensure structural integrity.

2. Reading Blueprints: The candidate will need to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints for accurate execution of welding projects, ensuring specifications and measurements are followed precisely.

3. Inspection and Quality Control: The welder will examine completed welds to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality.

4. Maintenance of Equipment: Regular cleaning and maintenance of welding tools and machines will be required to ensure safe and efficient operations.

5. Collaboration: The welder will work closely with other team members and engineers to discuss project requirements and provide feedback on welding processes.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work safely. Familiarity with welding techniques and equipment is essential. A solid understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to producing high-quality work are also critical.
