The Role: Webflow Designer

We’re looking for a Webflow Designer who designs and builds at the speed of AI.

In this role, you’ll turn complex technical products into intuitive, interactive, and visually stunning web experiences, blending design systems, AI tools, and Webflow to craft stories that convert.

What You’ll Own

• AI Assisted Web Design: Leverage AI for layout creation, content ideation, and responsive Webflow builds.

• Visual Storytelling: Simplify complex products into engaging and emotionally resonant user journeys.

• CMS Ready Design: Build scalable frameworks that support dynamic content and marketing campaigns.

• AI Generated Assets: Use tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, and Runway to generate visuals, motion, and illustrations.

• Rapid Prototyping: Move from concept → Figma → live Webflow deployment within days.

• Design Systemization: Create reusable visual components ensuring brand consistency across projects.

Best Suited For

• Strong sense of visual design including typography, layout, color, and motion.

• Proven experience delivering Webflow based websites with high attention to detail.

• Skilled in Figma and Webflow workflows and open to experimenting with AI for inspiration or execution.

• Comfortable working cross functionally with marketing, engineering, and content teams.

• Portfolio that reflects both creativity and execution velocity.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI driven design or asset generation workflows.

• Background in building or scaling design systems across multiple sites or campaigns.

• Understanding of UX principles and conversion focused storytelling.
