• 4-6 years of experience in IT/ software engineering with in-depth experience/ certification in at least one focus technology

• Must be willing to learn and explore new things.

• Understands how to convert wireframes into pixel perfect HTML

• Excellent Front End Web Design skills

• Able to communicate clearly with HQ in English (written and spoken)

• Best-in-class knowledge of HTML5 and CSS & JavaScrip

• Proven ability to write structured, markup compliant and well documented cod

• Functional knowledge of MVC frameworks

• Demonstrated track record in producing fully responsive html templates (CSS Media Queries a plus)

• Certified or Knowledgeable in the field of Accessibility (WCAG) & best practices

• Experience in mobile design & UX

• Basic understanding of backend development (Java/DB)

• Must be agile, flexible and a team player.

• Must have good attitude & good communication skill.

• Self- motivated personality with the ability to work in a flexible, team- based environment.

• Passionate about programming and self-learner

• Excellent problem solving, time management skills with strong attention to detail
