Understands how to convert wireframes into pixel perfect HTML Excellent Front End Web Design skills Able to communicate clearly with HQ in English (written and spoken) Best-in-class knowledge of HTML5 and CSS & JavaScrip Proven ability to write structured, markup compliant and well documented cod Functional knowledge of MVC frameworks Demonstrated track record in producing fully responsive html templates (CSS Media Queries a plus) Certified or Knowledgeable in the field of Accessibility (WCAG) & best practices Experience in mobile design & UX Basic understanding of backend development (Java/DB) Must be agile, flexible and a team player. Must have good attitude & good communication skill. Self- motivated personality with the ability to work in a flexible, team- based environment. Passionate about programming and self-learner Excellent problem solving, time management skills with strong attention to detail Should be willing to learn new technologies and work on it under guidance. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
