1. Managing Day-to-day operations of the E-commerce platform.

3. Creating, Managing and uploading line sheets for launch of new products online
4. Overseeing the day-to-day E-commerce operations, coordinating quality packaging and shipping of all products, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
5. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand
6. Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
7. Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
8. Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff at our traditional boutiques
9. Assist customers with after-sales service issues
10. Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
